Michelle Zheng is a junior in the College of Human Ecology majoring in Human Biology, Health and Society with minors in Global Health and Human Development. She is passionate about health equity and maternal and child health. Through a virtual experiential learning opportunity this past summer with the Society for Implementation Science in Nutrition, Michelle worked closely with the implementation science initiative in iron folic acid supplementation for pregnant mothers in Kenya and Uganda.
