In this virtual session, participants will explore
high-quality educational resources and real-world examples of how CCE
Associations have promoted whole-person wellness through meaningful actions
that can be done individually and as a team. The session will highlight
practical approaches across 4 key wellness areas: physical activity, nutrition,
emotional well-being, and environmental wellness. Panelists will showcase
strategies that have already been successfully implemented within the CCE
system.
Participants will leave with adaptable tools and
ideas they can use to strengthen connections with colleagues, support personal
well-being, and integrate wellness into their Extension work while building a
positive and healthy workplace culture.
