Angelyse Cardona is a junior studying Global and Public Health Sciences in the College of Human Ecology. She is particularly interested in the social determinants of health, focused on health outcomes associated with race and gender differences. Angelyse conducted research virtually with the Northeast Regional Center for Excellence in Vector-Borne Diseases during the summer of 2020, where she worked on a gap analysis project.
