Malissa Pilette-McClenon, Outreach Manager for the
NYS Secure Choice Savings Program was our guest on February 12, 2026 for the Ag Workforce Central Virtual Office Hour. Malissa provided an introduction to the NYS Secure Choice Savings Program, New York’s new retirement savings program for all private-sector employees without access to retirement plans at work. Malissa explained which employers are required to register for the program, what employer responsibilities are, and address questions and concerns related to the programs roll out amongst temporary and seasonal agricultural employees.
