Babcock Professor of Food, Nutrition and Public Policy at Cornell. Pinstrup-Andersen's book, "The African Food System and Its Interaction with Human Health and Nutrition" (Cornell University Press, 2010), launched on campus Nov. 23 with a panel discussion featuring Rebecca Nelson, Anna Herforth and Chris Barrett. Introduction by Patrick Stover.
