REALTALK 2023: Staying True To You While Navigating Your Career

Welcome to “REALTALK 2023: Staying True to You." Listen to two, dynamic alumnae as they delve into vital strategies and key advantages to maintaining your authenticity and upholding your core values -- particularly when facing challenges or compromise in the workplace. The 60-minute panel discussion, moderated by Cornell students, features Cornell alumnae guest speakers: Alyssa Gagliardi Sleasman , CALS ’14 (men’s professional hockey coach) and Irene Li , CAS College Scholar ’15 (chef, author, entrepreneur).  

REALTALK is an annual speaker series presented by the Cornell Gender Equity Resource Center (GenEq) and sponsored, in perpetuity, through an endowment established by the sisters of Delta Gamma (DG). REALTALK’s mission is “to present Relatable, Empowering, Authentic Leaders who share candid, personal stories to engage, inspire and enhance the mental health of the diverse community of women and gender-expansive students at Cornell.”
