- Facilitating discussion with your team and with individual employees to encourage paid time off planning and use in the short and long-term
- Individual and team practices that help people transition into their time off, support full disconnection from work, and ease their transition back
- Short and long-term restorative practices in the work environment, other than time away from work, that support both individual and team wellbeing and effectiveness
While this program has been designed for people leaders, all Cornell employees are welcome to participate.
