From Janna Lamey
Content is not a repeat of the April 15th event. Maintaining motivation for graduate students can be a struggle at times, especially true in times of crisis. Learn more about (lack of) motivation, especially in the time of crisis, and to learn some tools and strategies about how to regain some motivation, balance, and show compassion towards oneself. Suggestions will be offered about how to get unstuck, grow through challenges, and maintain engagement.
