This training explores the valuable role of Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) in supporting students with disabilities and the benefits these services offer to Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP). We'll discuss the differences in rates for providing Pre-ETS compared to traditional CRP services and equip participants with effective strategies for service provision. Demand for Pre-ETS is growing as these services help students with disabilities develop essential skills for career success, like soft skills, self-advocacy, and workplace readiness. In addition, it helps CRPs grow their client base and connect with a wider range of students, families, and partners. Together, participants will network with and learn from colleagues as they share best practices for implementing Pre-ETS in Montana while creating a win-win situation for the CRPs and the students they serve.
