Joelle Wahab is a senior in the College of Human Ecology majoring in Global and Public Health Sciences. She is interested in the social determinants of health and their influence on maternal and child health outcomes. While working with Mehta Research Group, Joelle assisted with a systematic review on the neurodevelopmental implications of Zika virus infection, a living review on COVID-19 transmission through breastmilk, and an INSiGHT database based on the aforementioned review.
