In this hour-long program on Zoom only, principal investigators responsible for managing projects with partners across institutions and disciplines, discussed the importance of forming a tight team where all feel a sense of ownership. Panelists described the elements critical for team success and effectiveness, and the policies and practices important for setting goals and funding allocations.
