MILR alum Laura Watterson, the Chief HR Officer of Andersen Corporation, talks about how the Cornell ILR School's MILR program taught her critical thinking, and that group projects during her time at Cornell prepared her to excel in the HR workforce. She urges prospective and incoming students to make the most of every opportunity and embrace the experience by asking questions and getting to know all the people around you.
