Tools and techniques for engaging participants with low-bandwidth connections

Not everyone has access to, or can afford, a high-speed internet connection.  During this Zoom meeting we will look at some of the basic steps we can take to insure broadly inclusive access to content online. Topics will include how to reduce file sizes, use of audio and text based communication, and the value of designing content for low bandwidth audiences .
