CoE Coffee, Coaching & Connections, presented by the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture at Cornell AgriTech, is a monthly series highlighting industry and academic leaders addressing essential topics for food, beverage and agriculture entrepreneurs.
For June, we partnered with the Cornell Food Venture Center and The Commissary, a food business incubator in Rochester, N.Y., to outline the essentials of food safety, regulatory requirements and everything else food and beverage entrepreneurs need to know to get their products on the market.
