2 cups- Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup- Plain Kefir
1 Banana
1 cup- Spinach
1 cup- Kale
1 tbsp- Milled flax seeds
1 tbsp- Chia seeds
1/2 tbsp- Turmeric
1 cup- Frozen tropical fruit blend
