Try out the exercises in Part 1 of this 2-part video series to prepare
your body for the upcoming season of snow. You’ll perform specific
strengthening exercises that target the muscles most involved in shoveling
snow. Both videos of this series cover exercises that strengthen your core, plus your
legs, shoulders, arms, and hands. It’s recommended to have an exercise mat,
exercise band, two dumbbells, and a tennis ball for these videos. This video
