AtkinstonCenter for a Sustainable Future, addresses the economic valuation of ecosystem services, “so that when we think about making decisions about conservation, about spending budgets for state and federal governments, we can appropriately incorporate the valuethat we get from ecological services.” Kling here discusses her work developing models to quantify the full suite of damages to our waterways from various sources of pollution.
