As part of the CAHRS research agenda for 2012-2013, we have been focusing on the impact of globalization on our CAHRS partner companies. In line with this research agenda, the CAHRS Research Assistants will present their research findings from a benchmarking study on global leadership development. Their CAHRS Webcast presentation will be based on a summary of their findings from interviews that they conducted with over 30 several CAHRS Partnering Companies.
The scope of this research will include but not be exclusive to common leadership development issues in global growth markets, best practices among CAHRS partners and other leading HR organizations, a comparison of standardized global versus customized local leadership development solutions, and the assessment and measurement of leadership development activities. The webcast will be interactive and provide multiple opportunities for the audience to submit questions to the CAHRS Research Assistants.
