This class was hosted by the Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm in St. Lawrence County, New York.  The session includes an overview of kombucha brewing basics as well as adding flavor and carbonation with a secondary ferment using seasonally availble fruits, herbs and sweeteners.
