Isabelle Holt is a junior in the College of Human Ecology majoring in Global and Public Health
Sciences with a minor in Business. She is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship
within the healthcare industry and is particularly interested in addressing the racial and gender
disparities that exist within the medical space. Isabelle is enrolled in NS 4600 as well as NS
4060 and is currently developing a Theory of Change (ToC) model with her group members,
Shoshanna Hoover and Supriya Pandit. Their ToC focuses on intimate partner violence in the

Shoshanna Hoover is a senior in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences majoring in Food
Science with a minor in Global and Public Health. She is passionate about research with
foodborne pathogens as well as work within the realm of food justice. Shoshanna just finished
a study abroad program comparing international food systems on the basis of sustainability
and justice. Shoshanna is enrolled in NS 4600 and is developing a Theory of Change (ToC)
model with Isabelle Holt and Supriya Pandit. Their ToC is aimed at the increased issues of
intimate partner violence in the United States due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Contact

Supriya Pandit is a junior in the College of Human Ecology majoring in Human Biology, Health
and Society with minors in Global Health and Gerontology. She is passionate about lifespan
development, mental health, women’s health, and education. Supriya is enrolled in NS 4600 as
well as NS 4060 and is currently developing a Theory of Change (ToC) model with her group
members, Isabelle Holt and Shoshanna Hoover. Their ToC focuses on intimate partner violence
