What do we consider our shelter? Does it have to be a physical place or can it be a state of being, thinking, or communing with others? Does our "home"--natural, physical, or emotional--shelter us? What can threaten that? Join the Cornell Chorus and Glee Club for their annual Homecoming Concert: Shelter in the Storm. The concert will feature an eclectic range of pieces for treble, tenor-bass, and mixed choir ranging from the Renaissance to contemporary works. Composers hail from across the centuries and the world, including Laura Jekabsone, Shruthi Rajasekar, Jeffrey Ames, Josef Rheinberger, Florence Price, Pavel Chesnokov, and more.
